Residential Remodeling Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive Residential Project Manager to oversee kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling projects. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project schedules, labor, and materials.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and scope.
• Resolve project issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of project management experience in residential remodeling.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Pay Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Project Managers with significant experience in residential remodeling and a proven track record in leadership and budgeting can expect a higher salary within this range.
